About Us

About Us

Veterans Club was launched in March 2018 with a view of bringing Veterans, serving members and their families together. Supporting them during times of hardship, loneliness as well as physical and mental struggles.

Veterans Club provide an approachable way of building friendships with a clear understanding of what they face when they have left the services, even if it is only from time to time.

It is about having the provisions of a ‘place to go‘ and a ‘person to talk to‘ when that difficult time arises. It is also a start in changing the ‘reaction’ of a PTSD sufferer.

The growth, support and interest in Veterans Club has been momentous and we want our members, supporters and partners to know we are committed to our aim in dealing with sufferers of mental health and connecting/supporting our Armed Forces communities.

We work towards providing an accessible and relaxed ‘drop-in’ session in all local communities across the UK.

If you would like to get involved, support or visit Veterans Club please contact us, it would be great to hear from you!

What our members say

C.D - Swansea

Swansea for a few years has not had a British Legion Club. The creation of the Veterans Club is a very much needed facility for the ex-forces community that has filled this gap. Not only is there social meetings but the club is able to facilitate help in other areas, such as PTSD and other welfare support. As a former Welsh guardsman living here in Swansea I am proud to call myself a member of this organisation and sincerely hope other ex-service personnel join us to make this a rallying point for all us brother/sisters who served with pride.

I think every major city should have a Veterans Club in the town centre. Where we could go and spend time with our own all services together...no one understands a veteran better than a veteran. Just Saying.

What an amazing group! The members, well they really are the best. Since leaving the services 11 yrs ago I've missed so much and really lost myself. I missed companionship, a shoulder to lean on when things get tough and most of all the untouchable humor of the Armed Forces. My life, my goals, my whole being has changed whilst I have been a part of this club. The stories of tough times shared in the group or through one to one session has made such a difference to many members lives already. If you are a veteran or service person still active, pop into your local Veterans Club you won't be disappointed.
