The NOT Forgotten

Beating the January Blues!

This week we are in Scotland for the final events on our festive lunch tour – two ‘New Year Lunches’ 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿
Yesterday we were at the Grant Arms Hotel in Grantown on Spey in the Highlands, where we welcomed 78 veterans and guests – many of them new to The Not Forgotten community. Including a super group from the Grantown on Spey Veterans Club – thank you to Mark Strachan for coordinating.
We also had TNF President Air Chief Marshal Sir Stephen Dalton in attendance, and great friends and supporters of TNF Clare and Oliver Russell of Ballindalloch Highland Estate, who donated a limited edition batch from their Ballindalloch Single Malt Distillery to be raffled.
The afternoon was full of smiles, music, chatter and laughter as we ate, drank and made merry, forging new friendships and escaping the what can be a difficult time for many in the first few weeks of January. Thank you to Grant Arms Hotel for hosting us so warmly.

Very busy January meeting in the Ben Mhor Hotel.

See HERE for pics .

Todays film (22nd December) – not many attendees however a classic movie but we all had a wonderful afternoon with nibbles and mulled wine donated by Ali and Peter page
